I've had a couple of comments recently about it not being clear on how to submit, comment, rate and rate comments.
I have 2 problems i simply dont have the time to sit down and right them, and the second is i'm too techy to right them for the layman.
So i'm after a volunteer or two to pick a section and right a simple to follow bullet pointed instructions that i will enter into the FAQ section with of course the credit due to the writer.

Would the ability to see a clickable list of the stories a user has commented on be of use? so a member can see the stories others have commented upon, and then see what those comments are like etc etc, rather than wade through all the stories to find a comment from a specific user?
Just thinking out loud on this one, your thoughts please?
I send out massive thanks to BMan, real name Dave, who very veyr kindly agreed to look at the problem i had of being able to provide the ability to rate comments placed on yours and other stories.
Each comment posted can be rated with Thumbs up or Thumbs down.
You can retract your rating if you change your mind.
You also cannot rate your own comments so no cheating there.
On the right of the screen you will see below this news headline list a new panel give the top ten rated users. based on the average of Positive nd Negative ratings they have received.
this list will be the top 10, whereas if you click on the "full list" link then you will get everyone with a rating be it good or bad.
I hope all that makes sense.
